Daniella Williams is the founder of Derosa London, bringing together more than 15 years of experience across skin health, medical aesthetics, advanced skincare and holistic wellbeing.

Her career began in medical technology, working alongside her father, Dr Deryk Williams, at Anaxsys Technology and presenting internationally on pioneering respiratory innovations. This early exposure to medicine, science and technological advancement would later become an important influence on her approach to beauty, health and wellbeing.

Daniella went on to establish Carbon Blush, opening her first clinic in Ottershaw before developing clinics across Surrey and London, including Guildford, Cobham, Godalming, Fulham and Harley Street. From the outset, her philosophy centred on skin health, skincare, wellbeing and the confidence that comes from feeling good in your own skin. Rather than viewing skincare in isolation, Daniella developed an integrated approach that brought together medical-grade skincare and advanced skin treatments with medical aesthetics, nutrition, IV vitamin therapy and body treatments. Alongside these clinical services, Carbon Blush embraced holistic and emotional wellbeing through practices including yoga, Reiki, psychotherapy, counselling, gong baths and sound healing. This early integration of science, skin health and holistic wellbeing became the foundation of Daniella’s philosophy of beauty, health and wellbeing.

Over the course of her career, Daniella has worked with some of the most respected names in aesthetics and skincare. She became a global ambassador and international presenter for Lumenis, with Carbon Blush becoming the UK’s first Centre of Excellence for SlimMe ultrasound technology. She has also held ambassador and expert roles with Obagi Medical and Dr Levy Switzerland, developing particular expertise in advanced skincare, pigmentation, acne, scarring and overall skin health.

Her interest has always extended beyond treating the visible signs of ageing. Daniella has pioneered programmes combining medical technology with nutrition, movement, lymphatic therapy and wellbeing, alongside developing her own skincare formulations and building an established medical skincare business.

In 2026, this philosophy evolved into Derosa London – the culmination of more than 15 years of Daniella’s work across skin health, aesthetics and wellbeing, and a new expression of her belief that beauty cannot be separated from the health of the whole person. Derosa brings together science, medicine, beauty and holistic wellbeing, with a focus not simply on how we look, but on how we feel, function and age. From advanced aesthetics and medical skincare to nutrition, IV therapy, NAD+, supplementation and holistic practices, Daniella’s approach is centred on treating the individual as a whole. For Daniella, longevity is not simply about living longer. It is about maintaining health, vitality, confidence and beauty throughout life. Dr Deryk Williams is a distinguished British physician, medical innovator and entrepreneur whose career has spanned medicine, respiratory health, preventative medicine and medical aesthetics for more than three decades.

An award-winning and published doctor, Dr Williams was the recipient of an Evian Health Award and established an early presence within London’s private medical landscape through his work in Harley Street. He has developed particular expertise in asthma, allergy and anaphylaxis, alongside respiratory medicine, and has dedicated a significant part of his career to advancing the understanding, diagnosis and management of respiratory disease.

His interest in innovation led him to found Anaxsys Technology, a medical technology company focused on respiratory diagnostics and the development of technologies with applications including the earlier identification of signs associated with lung cancer.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Williams founded The Medical Channel on Sky, extending his commitment to medical education and the communication of health and medicine to a wider audience. His work in medical aesthetics and preventative health has evolved alongside his wider medical career, encompassing advanced aesthetic medicine, medical skincare, intravenous vitamin therapy and a longstanding belief in the relationship between health, appearance, vitality and quality of life.

Having previously served as Medical Director of Carbon Blush, Dr Williams now serves as Medical Director of Derosa London, providing the medical oversight, clinical governance and scientific integrity that underpin the Derosa approach. His philosophy reflects the principles upon which Derosa is built: that longevity is not simply about adding years to life, but about preserving health, vitality, confidence and quality of life throughout them.

Katherine Maxwell has been a trusted member of the team for many years, originally joining Carbon Blush and now continuing her role at Derosa London.

With a degree in Clinical Management, Katherine brings a wealth of experience to the operational management of the clinic. Trained in Obagi Medical, Dr. Levy Switzerland and advanced laser therapies, she combines an in-depth understanding of medical aesthetics and skincare with exceptional attention to detail.

Katherine plays an integral role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of Derosa, delivering the discreet, considered and highly personalised experience at the heart of the clinic.

Anna Williams brings more than 30 years of experience across psychology, education and mental wellbeing to Derosa London, contributing to the psychological and emotional dimensions of the Derosa philosophy of longevity.

Anna holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), alongside postgraduate training in psychological counselling, advanced hypnotherapy and special education. Her academic research has also focused on depression in children and adolescents and its wider impact upon family and parental relationships.

Having previously worked alongside Carbon Blush, Anna now contributes to Derosa London’s more holistic understanding of health and longevity – recognising the important relationship between psychological wellbeing, behaviour, emotional health and our overall quality of life.

Natalie Evans is a highly experienced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Prescriber with over 18 years of clinical experience. A former Senior Sister in A&E,where she worked for 11 years, Natalie now also works within General Practice.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and has specialist expertise across minor illness, chronic disease management, women’s health, asthma, COPD, diabetes, travel health, and the care of children and babies.

At Derosa, Natalie brings extensive medical expertise and a reassuring, patient-centred approach to health, wellbeing and clinical care.

Saher Elgaoud is an experienced aesthetic practitioner and skin specialist who brings an international perspective to Derosa, with particular knowledge of Middle Eastern skin health, beauty and wellbeing.

Having worked alongside Daniella for many years at Carbon Blush, Saher has extensive experience across advanced aesthetics, medical-grade skincare and laser therapies. She is trained in Obagi Medical and Dr. Levy Switzerland, with a particular understanding of pigmentation, skin health and treatment protocols across diverse skin types.

Of Libyan heritage and now based between Egypt and the UK, Saher brings a valuable understanding of Middle Eastern beauty, climate, lifestyle and skincare needs. At Derosa, she provides an important connection between London and the Middle East, contributing to the brand’s international approach to beauty, longevity and wellbeing.

Michael brings more than 25 years of international investment banking, private equity and corporate advisory experience to Derosa.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a graduate of Boston College, Michael has held senior positions with leading global financial institutions, including Bear Stearns, ING Barings and Marsh & McLennan, working across New York and London. He is Chairman and Co-Founder of Fox Point Partners, advising family offices, private investors and businesses on private capital, investment and strategic opportunities.  He is currently managing director at the KimgsRock London office, a global investment banking firm headquartered in New York.

As Financial & Strategic Director of Derosa, Michael oversees the company’s financial strategy and supports its long-term growth and development as the brand expands across aesthetics, skincare, health, wellbeing and longevity.
